Good value for money, food is decent but the staff has to be trained in better attitude and not differentiate between gu

The villas with private pool are really nice, simple but very well structured

Widespread, the villas were too simple, lacked a touch of warmth and welcome. Staff mediocre as everywhere in Fiji, but this staff especially arrogant. Also security wise, the water villas and other superior villas are on the other side of the Main Street (cross island street)- in the evening it is not illuminated. The tiles on the floor of the villa compound are not anti slippery- they are made for walls but definitely not flooring.

We enjoyed our stay and will return l

The room and location were lovely. The Forest Spa is in a beautiful location. We were not very impressed with the selection available for continental breakfast. The buffet did not have a great flow - you had to search for items. There was a sense of urgency from staff to pack up, close restaurant and bars.

The check in experience was great but check out experience needs more attention.

having breakfast included was great and i really liked the breakfasts

It was a good experience.

Breakfast was good. Island and location is beautiful. Staff was super friendly and attentive.

The buffet lovo dinner was overrated and overly priced. I payed $120 per person and couldn’t have seconds because you ran out of food. I stayed in the Bure. The staff quarters was right behind us and the staff was super noisy in the mornings around 7am. There was a hornet nest on the ceiling of the bure we stayed in which terrorized my children the entire time.

„Erwartungen an ein Resort dieser Kategorie wurden leider NICHT erfüllt.

Leider ist nirgendwo zu lesen, dass die Wasserrutsche direkt an unserer Unterkunft (Treetop+Villa) beginnt und der Pool, in den die Rutsch mündet, damit auch nur 20 Meter entfernt ist. Somit war die Atmosphäre bzw. der Geräuschpegel eines öffentlichen Schwimmbades inklusive. Die Pumpe des zur Villa gehörenden Tauchbeckens hat ebenfalls eine Lautstärke, die nicht annehmbar.war und jemanden nachts nicht hätte schlafen lassen.. Daher müssten wir sie abschalten lassen. Am Morgen zu entscheiden, was man am Abend in einem guten Restaurant essen möchte, wenn man nicht in den Café/kleinen Restaurant einen Burger oder Pizza essen möchte, , ist wirklich unfassbar und habe ich noch NIE erlebt. Öffnungszeiten von 2 Stunden sind ebenfalls NICHT akzeptabel. Die auf Anfrage nachgereichten Badetücher hatten leider Flecken. Die Villa hatte zwar eine Whirlpool-Badewanne, aber weder funktionierte der Whirlpool, noch reichte die Kapazität der Warmwasseraufbereitung, um die Wanne für ein Bad zu füllen. Die im Haus notwendige Stehlampe konnte erst nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage nach einem passenden Adapter genutzt werden. Der Aufenthalt hat die Erwartungen leider überhaupt nicht erfüllt

« Les bures réservés aux adultes sont exceptionnel. »

le bure côté mer réservé aux adultes est exceptionnel, avec une mer cristalline à marée haute.+++++ Le snack est très bien, avec le personnel très à l'écoute.+++++

A part l'accueil à l'arrivée, il faut aller à la recherche d'informations. les bures sont éloignés de la salle de réception, avec la pluie on arrive mouillés à la salle à manger! Pour manger au restaurant le soir il faut obligatoirement réserver dés le matin!!! Le petit déjeuner n'est pas à la hauteur d'un établissement de ce niveau!

Fiji paradise, but with eyes closed!

Thanks to the genuine best efforts from staff members like Sam, Andrew and Immanuel, they made the stay and activities there a little better than what could have been the worst stay at a 4 stars spot I have ever been to! And thanks for letting my friend stay at the same Marina villa we booked for our last night, instead of moving a 2nd time to a 3rd lesser villa.

I was sold on the pictures shown of the Mountain Top Villa and the activities to do in this resort. As soon as I have arrived, my villa was full of flying bugs, and the pool had lots of floating dead insects! Half of the activities were what I expected to be to experience from a Fiji paradise and the other half were like a huge disappointment that it shocked me that this is a 4 star resort! Wifi services were terrible and required a daily call for the the IT staff to come to fix the wifi at the villa, and only worked smoothly in the last day of my whole stay in that villa. Calling the reception was even bad as the sound over the phone was so hard to hear and low! No automatic safety lights by the pool at night, so it's easy to fall into the gap by the pool or fall over the low rails next to the small stairs by the pool that could lead to falling to your death or at least severely injured since it's a huge drop from up there. Also there's no privacy in the lower floor bathroom in the other side of the villa and if the cleaning staff were there during that time, they can clearly see me from the window! I'm extremely surprised that is this their best villa from what I was told! It clearly feels not updated to today's standards! The breakfast was OK I guess, but didn't have enough options even with the menu! The trip to the beach was a disaster and didn't look good at all! One last thing, 1 of my friends had to stay 1 extra day because her flight was in the next day, and I did tell them to take care of my friend since she only speaks Romanian. What they did is made her leave early by 2 hours saying they don't have any other transportation available to take her to the airport and when she was there waiting at the airport she saw another of their transports arriving much later and before her flight! She could have stayed more time at the resort if they didn't make her leave early!

Great location, amazing view from our room Nice having three restaurants to choose from, shame the seafood one is not open every night

Food was a bit hit and miss, having to pre-order each morning for the day was a little odd but ok - but they need a better system as twice the order was either forgotten completely or simply mucked-up. Most meals were good, but two were absolutely awful - dry overcooked whole fish and inedible pasta. A shame really as the other meals were great

Stunning location. Great service and facilities. Excellent dive team.

Beautiful location and amazing food at sand bar. Diving superb.

Servicing rooms can be better. We didn’t have room amenities replaced and as there are no phones in room, we had to walk all the way back to get room replenished at night. A lot of mosquitoes which made it uncomfortable.
